KS-200 Corrosion Protection Wax – Brown/Transparent

KS-200 is specifically formulated to provide corrosion protection for hollow cavities in vehicles. Its excellent flow properties allow it to penetrate tight spaces, ensuring superior adhesion to metal surfaces. The product offers exceptional heat resistance, making it suitable for use on engine components. KS-200 is ideal for both renewing and re-coating existing protective layers.

Featuring hydrophobic and penetrating properties, KS-200 leaves a glossy, wax-like finish on treated surfaces once the solvents evaporate. The product delivers reliable rust protection for extended periods, especially on surfaces exposed to aggressive liquids such as saltwater. With a high melting point of 160°C and a no-drip formula, KS-200 is optimized for effective use.

Drying Time: The drying time varies depending on layer thickness and environmental conditions. Once fully cured (approximately 5 hours), the product will remain smooth and slightly tacky.

Application Instructions:

Before application, ensure that any significant rust is removed from the surfaces. The surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, or dust. Shake the container thoroughly before use and apply at room temperature (15°C – 30°C). For areas prone to corrosion, such as corners, edges, and weld seams, apply an extra-thick layer of the product for enhanced protection.
