PPG - Etch Primer Black 4L

Etch Primer is a paint that is designed to physically bond itself to the substrate to which it is applied such as bare metal by forming a physical and chemical bond between the two.

Single pack, as its name suggests is a one part Etch Primer where the activating acid is already combined with the paint.
The advantage of Single Pack Etch Primer is, that apart from stirring, it is ready to be applied by brush to your substrate.

Single Pack Etch Primers can be sprayed, either with an airbrush or spray gun.

An Etch Primer is also an Epoxy Primer - this contains epoxy resins to promote the adhesion to metal surfaces.
